Ethics

Date: June 30, 2025

At UniNetra, ethics are not just policies β€” they are a promise. We are committed to operating with unwavering integrity, transparency, and compassion in everything we do.

Our global mission β€” to protect life, serve humanity, and restore balance to nature β€” demands the highest ethical standards, especially as we expand across borders and seek trust from global communities, partners, and donors.

πŸ›‘οΈ Ethical Standards We Uphold

1. Human Dignity Comes First

Every individual β€” regardless of race, gender, religion, nationality, or social status β€” deserves dignity, safety, and opportunity. Our programs are designed to empower, not create dependency, and to respect all cultures and identities.

2. Zero Tolerance for Exploitation or Abuse

We enforce strict safeguarding protocols for children, women, the elderly, and animals. No form of abuse, neglect, discrimination, or harassment is tolerated in our organization β€” by staff, volunteers, or partners.

3. Animal Welfare Is a Moral Responsibility

Animals are not resources; they are living beings deserving respect. We follow globally recognized humane practices in rescue, sheltering, treatment, and rehabilitation of all animals and birds under our care.

4. Environmental Ethics

We act with urgency to protect nature. Our environmental programs follow sustainable and regenerative models. We promote eco-conscious living and avoid partnerships that harm biodiversity or contribute to pollution.

5. Transparency in Every Transaction

UniNetra will use 100% traceable donation systems. Donors can track where their support goes β€” how, when, and to whom. All records will be auditable, regularly reported, and open to public review.

6. Neutrality in Crisis Zones

During emergencies (wars, floods, conflicts), we do not take political sides. Our relief is based on need, not background. We serve with impartiality, guided by compassion and humanity alone.

🀝 Our Promise to Donors & Partners

  • No funds will ever be misused or redirected.
  • All aid will be needs-based and culturally respectful.
  • We will always disclose potential conflicts of interest.
  • We will only collaborate with partners who align with our ethical vision.

πŸ“Œ Internal Code of Conduct

  • Code of Ethics & Integrity
  • Child & Vulnerable Adult Protection Policy
  • Anti-Corruption Policy
  • Environmental Compliance Guidelines
  • Whistleblower Protection Policy

Failure to comply will result in immediate investigation and removal from any operational role.

πŸ•ŠοΈ We Believe:

  • Ethics are not optional β€” they are the foundation of trust.
  • The most powerful nonprofits in the world operate with moral clarity.
  • Compassion without accountability leads to harm.
  • UniNetra exists to do good β€” the right way.

If you’re a donor, grantmaker, partner, or regulator reviewing our ethics framework, we welcome your feedback. Our team is ready to collaborate and ensure full compliance with international NGO standards.
