UniNetra is an international nonprofit organization currently in the process of registration in multiple countries. We are committed to full transparency, legal compliance, and ethical standards in all our operations. This disclosure outlines our current legal status, operational scope, governance, and future plans — in line with global nonprofit regulations and donor trust frameworks.
🔹 Legal Status & Registration (In Progress)
- Current Registration Status:
As of June 2025, UniNetra is not yet registered as a nonprofit entity in any country. We are actively preparing documentation for initial registration in the United States, followed by additional filings in the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and Pakistan. - Planned Registrations (2025–2026):
- USA – Primary registration (as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit)
- UK – Charity Commission filing
- Australia – ACNC registration
- Pakistan – NGO registration under Trust/Societies Act
- Canada, UAE, South Africa, and others – Upcoming filings based on partnerships and local operations

🔹 Current Activities & Operations
UniNetra has not started on-ground operations yet.
We are in the foundational phase, preparing partnerships, legal registrations, and internal systems to begin impactful work by late 2025.
Despite not being operational, our mission and project plans are clearly defined across:
- Humanitarian Aid
- Animal & Wildlife Rescue
- Environmental Action
- Tech for Good
- Human Rights Campaigns
All activities will begin only after legal approval in respective jurisdictions.

- Donations are not yet being collected.
A secure donation system will be integrated post-registration. - Bank accounts and payment gateways will be connected only after obtaining legal nonprofit status in the USA and other countries.
- All financial operations will be audited and made publicly available through annual impact reports.
🔹 Privacy & Data Policy
UniNetra commits to full compliance with data protection laws including:
- GDPR (Europe)
- CCPA (California, USA)
- Pakistan’s PECA regulations
A detailed privacy policy and terms of use will be provided before any data collection begins.
