At UniNetra, transparency and legal compliance are at the heart of everything we do. As an international nonprofit committed to humanitarian, environmental, and animal welfare causes, we recognize the importance of maintaining the highest standards in all regulatory, operational, and ethical matters.


βœ… Legal Registration Status

UniNetra Foundation is in the process of obtaining nonprofit registration in the United States, where it will be formally incorporated as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Registration documents are currently being prepared, with filings to be completed in accordance with IRS and state-specific nonprofit laws.

Following our US registration, we are planning registrations in:

  • United Kingdom
  • Australia
  • Canada
  • Germany
  • Pakistan (HQ Office)
  • Additional countries based on operational needs and partnership models.

We intend to maintain a legally recognized nonprofit status in all jurisdictions where we operate or raise funds.


🌐 Operational Office Locations

UniNetra’s headquarters will remain in Pakistan for global coordination. For regulatory compliance, communication, and virtual presence, we are also setting up remote/virtual offices in:

  • New York, USA (in process)
  • London, UK (planned)
  • Sydney, Australia (planned)

These virtual offices are used for regional communications, documentation, and local partnerships, and do not offer public-facing services at this time.

All services, partnerships, and donation systems used by UniNetra will strictly comply with local laws, including but not limited to:

  • Charity registration acts
  • Data privacy laws (e.g. GDPR, CCPA)
  • Financial transparency and anti-money laundering (AML) laws
  • International grant regulations
  • Wildlife and environmental protection laws in respective countries

We will not engage in any activities without first ensuring the correct licenses or government permissions are acquired.


πŸ” Use of Media, Content, and Intellectual Property

  • All photographs, graphics, and written materials used by UniNetra are either original, properly licensed, or used with written permission.
  • No media will be published without consent of individuals or communities shown, especially children, disaster victims, or vulnerable groups.
  • Our logo, name, brand assets, and educational tools (such as digital platforms and AI-based media) are the intellectual property of UniNetra Foundation and cannot be used or replicated without written permission.

🀝 Partnership & Accreditation

We actively seek accreditation and formal partnerships with:

  • United Nations-affiliated bodies
  • International humanitarian and environmental coalitions
  • Local governments
  • Regulatory health and disaster management authorities
  • Tech and educational innovation organizations

All MoUs or affiliations will follow local compliance rules and include licensing terms where applicable.
