  • Training & Awareness: All UniNetra team members and volunteers are trained on our inclusion principles and non-discrimination practices.
  • Inclusive Programs: Every new project or initiative is reviewed to ensure it upholds equality and does not unintentionally exclude any group.
  • Feedback & Reporting: Any individual who feels discriminated against, excluded, or harassed may report their concerns through UniNetra’s reporting channels. All complaints will be treated seriously, confidentially, and fairly.
  • Zero Tolerance: UniNetra maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination and will take immediate action against violations.

Global Alignment

This policy is aligned with international standards, including:

  • The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR)
  • The UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD)
