  • Fraud: Any intentional act of deception to secure unfair or unlawful financial gain (e.g., misreporting donations, fake invoices, theft of funds).
  • Corruption: Abuse of power or influence for personal benefit (e.g., bribery, favoritism in projects or hiring).
  • Whistleblowing: The act of reporting concerns about fraud, corruption, or misconduct in good faith.

5. Preventive Measures

UniNetra takes the following preventive actions:

  • Dual authorization for financial transactions.
  • Regular audits (internal and external).
  • Strict procurement policies for fair vendor selection.
  • Training for volunteers & staff on ethical behavior and reporting mechanisms.
  • Public reporting of financials on our website to strengthen donor trust.

6. Reporting & Whistleblowing Mechanism

Any person associated with UniNetra can report fraud, corruption, or misuse of resources safely and confidentially.

Protection for Whistleblowers:
