As a nonprofit entity currently undergoing registration in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and additional countries, we operate with complete transparency, fairness, and responsibility. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines our approach to handling donations, returns (where applicable), and refund requests.
📌 Donations — Our Standard Policy
Donations made to UniNetra are typically non-refundable, as they are immediately allocated toward active humanitarian, animal welfare, or environmental projects. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Emergency aid (floods, earthquakes, conflict zones)
- Free clinics and medical camps
- Animal rescues, shelters, and rehabilitation
- Clean water, food distribution, and tree planting
- Educational tools and digital access for underserved communities
However, we understand that sometimes circumstances change. If you made an error in the donation amount, or if your donation was made accidentally or without proper authorization, please contact us within 7 business days of the transaction.
We’ll review your request and issue a refund if your donation has not already been allocated to a mission or processed by our financial systems.

🛒 Return Policy for Merchandise (If/When Applicable)
As of now, UniNetra does not sell physical products or merchandise. If in the future we offer branded items (e.g., T-shirts, awareness kits, digital books), we will clearly outline separate return and exchange terms on the relevant pages.
If you believe you’ve received an incorrect or defective item from us in the future, please notify us within 14 days of delivery with proof (receipt/photo) and we’ll do our best to resolve the matter fairly.
🔁 Recurring Donations & Cancellations
If you’ve signed up for monthly or recurring donations, you may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your donor account (if applicable), or
- Emailing us at [email protected]
Cancellations must be made at least 5 business days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
🌐 International Offices & Virtual Presence
As of June 2025, UniNetra operates from its primary head office in Pakistan, and is establishing registration in:
- United States (planned main incorporation)
- United Kingdom
- Australia
During our setup phase, we may operate via virtual addresses and communication hubs until local physical offices are functional. These addresses are used for correspondence, legal compliance, and international representation.
All data is securely handled, and all donation transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant systems.
🤝 Grant Compliance and Legal Notes
This policy is designed to align with international donor expectations, nonprofit finance regulations, and grant-making institutions’ requirements. All refunds or cancellations are handled according to:
- U.S. IRS guidelines for charitable giving (if 501(c)(3) status is obtained)
- UK Charity Commission and ACNC rules
- Global transparency and donor-rights practices
